We’re looking for reliable individuals with a strong work ethic, good attention to detail and a willingness to learn. Your responsibilities will include: Assist with the setup and operation of production machinery. Monitor production lines to ensure products meet quality standards. Carry out routine quality checks and report any issues. Raise any mechanical concerns or machine faults to the engineering team. Complete production records and documentation accurately. Maintain hygiene, food safety, and health & safety standards at all times. Work as part of a team to meet production targets within a fast-paced environment. Skills/Experience Positive, reliable and proactive attitude. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes. Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment. Good teamwork and communication skills. Previous production or manufacturing experience beneficial but not essential as full training is provided.
