Job Description
A Private Client, Wills & Probate Solicitor from 5 years + PQE, is required for a top, full service law firm close to Bromley
Experience required for this Private Client Solicitor vacancy:
* Handling a wide caseload of private client matters
* Drafting wills including drafting life interest trusts and vulnerable person trusts, and understand inheritance tax planning that could be applied when the wills are being drafted.
* Experience in administering estates, which would include estates that are liable to inheritance tax and dealing with the submission of an IHT400 to HM Revenue & Customs
* Experience in preparing and registering lasting powers of attorney
* Additional experience in trust management and Court of Protection applications and general management of a person’s financial affairs would be useful, but not essential

* Able to explain matters in clear, accessible language
* Ability to manage a busy, varied caseload (ideally including high net worth clients), with efficiency and care.

* STEP Membership preferred
