1. Role: Support Worker Driver
2. Pay Rate: £13.00 Per Hour
3. Shifts: Nights
4. Full-time - 42 hours per week
Duties Include
5. To support people with disabilities, including individuals with profound and complex needs, using person-centred approaches to enable people to achieve positive outcomes as defined in their support plan.
6. Basic daily duties include medication administration, cooking, cleaning, and paperwork.
7. To Provide emotional and practical support.
8. To support the people in our care to access community facilities and be included in community groups.
9. To build a robust relationship with the people in our care to promote independence and improve quality of life.
10. To Empower the people in our care to learn new skills or pursue hobbies and interests.
Person Specifications
11. Experience within the care industry, ICSs or equivalent essential
12. Full UK Manual or Auto Driving Licence preffered
13. Highly experience with supporting high level Autism
14. Experiance with OCD and Learning Disabilities
15. Good experience with Sensory play therapeutic initiatives
16. Willing to be active and engage outside activities, including regular park trips, picnics outside, being around nature and enjoys animals ( Birds chirping)
17. Enjoys Music
18. Confident staff who are engaged and outgoing, clear communication
19. Confident with water and fine to go swimming and enjoy theme parks
20. The ability to multi-task.
21. Good time management, organization, attention to detail and flexibility.
22. IT literate.
23. You must have a compassionate, caring, positive personality.
24. Able to manage challenging behaviour and conflict.
25. Works well as part of a team as well as individually.
