Your Career

In this role, you will lead the performance, development, and strategic direction of the SDR function, driving high-quality lead generation and opportunity creation across multiple channels. Leveraging strong knowledge of the HR/Payroll market, you will establish and deliver against clear targets, build value-based outreach strategies, and ensure the team consistently generates qualified pipeline for both new business and account management teams. You’ll utilise your experience in sales, business development, and outreach technologies—such as Salesforce, Groove, and 6sense—to optimise workflows, improve conversion rates, and maintain accurate CRM and pipeline data.


Your Team

You will coach and mentor a high-performing SDR team, applying frameworks such as MEDDPIC to improve qualification quality, consistency, and efficiency. Working closely with Sales, Marketing, and third-party partners, you’ll support pipeline acceleration, refine messaging, and enhance multi-channel outreach performance across phone, video, email, and digital sequences. You’ll also lead the adoption and optimisation of outreach tools, ensuring the team is equipped with the right systems, insights, and processes to operate effectively. Through strong interpersonal skills and collaborative leadership, you’ll create a culture focused on learning, accountability, and commercial excellence.

Your leadership will directly impact pipeline quality, revenue generation, and overall sales performance. By building and leading a results-driven SDR function, you will expand market reach, strengthen prospect engagement, and enable more predictable, data-driven forecasting. Your proactive management of CRM accuracy, outreach effectiveness, and channel performance will ensure the business has clear visibility of opportunities and can scale growth efficiently. Ultimately, your ability to develop people, refine processes, and drive commercial outcomes will elevate the organization’s go-to-market strategy and position the business for sustained success.
