Employment Type: Permanent, Full-time or Part-time (37.5 hpw FT or 15 hpw PT)
Salary: £13.21 per hour (£25,838 per annum - pro-rata for part-time)

Typical day as a Lead Support Worker
We provide cover across supported accommodation and community services during staff leave, sickness, or recruitment, ensuring continuous support for our customers.
* Create support plans and coordinate Support Workers.
* Support individuals with complex needs (homelessness, substance misuse, mental health, isolation).
* Assist with daily living tasks, budgeting, wellbeing, and activities.
* Complete risk assessments, safeguarding, reviews, and tenancy support.
* Engage in meaningful conversations and collaboration without rushing.
* Work a mix of day and waking night shifts based on service demand.

You bring
* Passion to support customers to live their best lives, working collaboratively with attention to detail.
* Experience in creating person-centered support plans and supporting colleagues.
* Experience in assessing and coordinating customer referrals.
* The ability to work independently, stay calm under pressure, and be resilient.
* A vehicle insured for business purposes (mileage paid).
