Senior Marketing Manager Fixed Term
Brighton BN1 4FY and London EC2R 7HJ – hybrid, at least 1 day per week in office, alternating between locations
Fixed term 12 months
Full time 35 hours per week
Salary £65100– £81300 depending on experience + Management Bonus

The role
A highly seasoned senior B2B and B2C Marketing Manager used to operating at a senior level, you’ll develop and deliver a market leading approach that can scale our customer base to maximise profitable commercial growth.
You’ll lead and execute an audience-led marketing strategy across Paid, Owned, and Earned media channels to drive awareness, engagement, and consideration targeted at international B2C and B2B audience and play a strategic role in planning.
Responsible for developing content and campaigns that reinforce our brand positioning and ensuring seamless execution of marketing initiatives, you’ll lead a marketing team, work cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders and establish standards and guidelines with an aim to deliver return on marketing spend.

1. Own and lead an integrated brand and marketing strategy across Paid, Owned, and Earned media grounded in insights to raise awareness of Bupa Global as leaders in International Private Medical Insurance (IPMI)
2. Lead the development of audience-led campaigns, content marketing, events, sponsorships, and partnerships to support long-term business objectives through ROI-based approaches.
3. Make sure brand messaging and creative execution align with global and regional positioning while considering local market nuances.
4. Effective budget management and allocation across all marketing channels
5. Lead, motivate, and develop a team of marketers.
6. Lead and manage relationships with external agencies to drive impactful campaigns.
7. Drive brand performance through data-led insights, leveraging customer research, campaign performance data, and market trends.
8. Own and lead reporting on brand campaign performance
9. Work closely with Global Marketing, Digital, Sales, Compliance, Commercial and Product teams
10. Partner with the Head of Marketing to support the wider region in key markets of Egypt and Kenya on a project and business need basis.
You
11. Proven experience at a senior level in B2B and B2C brand marketing, integrated campaigns, and marketing.
12. Strong leadership and coaching skills with the drive and commitment to build, lead and inspire a high calibre, motivated team.
13. Strong relationship management with experience of liaising with external partners, third party suppliers, strategic creative and advertising agencies, key decision makers and internal stakeholder relationships.
14. Able to focus on ‘big picture’ and to make strategically important decisions within agreed parameters without referral
15. Exceptional experience of successfully influencing decisions with a wide range of stakeholders at all levels
16. Impressive track record of marketing budgets and P&Ls.
17. Sound understanding of Paid, Owned, and Earned media strategies, with experience in media strategy, planning and execution.
18. Demonstrable hands-on experience with CRM, advertising and analytics platforms.
19. Proven analytical and numerical skills
20. Experience in managing agencies for creative and media strategy, planning and buying.
21. Experience of managing a copy clearance process.
22. Knowledge of International Private Medical Insurance would be great!
