Offer description

Do you have what it takes to provide efficient and comprehensive administrative support to the Broxtowe Healthy Families Team? You will be required to:

1. Provide cover and assist with local/internal projects.
2. Arrange away days, team meetings, investigations, and disciplinaries, including booking, agenda production, and accurate minute-taking.
3. Be flexible to cover other responsibilities to meet service demands.
4. Work under the supervision of the PSL with the ability to prioritize within tight deadlines.
5. Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Additional responsibilities include data gathering, generating monthly reports, and maintaining effective communication with clients, carers, staff, and visitors. The role requires flexibility, time management, and the ability to work independently following instructions and guidelines.

Qualifications and skills include:

1. Knowledge of Confidentiality and Data Protection Act.
2. Understanding of Equality and Diversity principles.
3. Experience with databases, Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook, and other software.
4. Accurate minute-taking and timely report presentation.

This position is based within the Broxtowe District, with a negotiable starting point. The role supports the team responsible for delivering health services across Nottinghamshire, Leicestershire, Lincolnshire, and South Yorkshire, including diverse services and environments.
