About The Role
The Sheffield Corporate team invites an ambitious individual to join their senior management as a Director or Partner. The appointment is viewed as key to driving growth. Ideally candidates would have an existing following, but someone with a clear growth plan will be considered.
Candidates with at least 7+ PQE are invited to apply. You will be involved in the full range of corporate work including mergers and acquisitions, shareholders’ agreements, corporate restructurings, joint ventures and private equity. The team works across offices, and you will be a good team player with a strong track record in nurturing and developing talent.
