An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Aberdeen Health & Social Care Partnership Business Support Team as a Team Coordinator.
This office‑based role will work closely with the Assistant Support Manager and Deputy Service Manager to support the delivery of a high quality administrative service to the Allied Health Professions across Aberdeen City, while contributing to the wider objectives of the Business Support Team.
Responsibilities
* Provide relief cover for Team Coordinator colleagues during periods of leave, including supporting project work and producing statistical reports.
* Undertake staff supervision where required.
* Support the management team in key areas such as Civil Contingencies, Health & Safety, and the production of local departmental protocols.
Qualifications
* Self‑motivated and capable of working effectively in a challenging and fast‑paced environment.
* Strong organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise, multitask, and problem‑solve efficiently.
* Excellent communication, administrative, and interpersonal skills.
* Experience of staff supervision (highly advantageous).
* Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
