Key Responsibilities Deliver engaging and tailored lessons to students with diverse learning needs
Adapt teaching methods to support students with SEND (Special Educational Needs and Disabilities)
Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment
Collaborate with school staff to ensure student progress and well-being
Manage classroom behaviour effectively, promoting a supportive atmosphere
Requirements Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant teaching qualification
Experience working with SEN students (preferred but not essential)
Strong classroom management and adaptability skills
Excellentmunication and interpersonal abilities
A flexible and proactive approach to teaching
