Your Role
As a Main Dealer Technician in our Trowbridge team, you will:
* Manufacturer Standards: Carry out routine servicing, mechanical repairs, and maintenance to strict brand specifications.
* Advanced Diagnostics: Use modern manufacturer diagnostic tools and software to identify and resolve complex faults.
* Component Repairs: Perform high-quality work on brakes, clutches, suspensions, exhausts, and engine systems.
* Documentation: Maintain accurate service records and detailed manufacturer job cards.
* Efficiency: Work effectively to meet workshop targets and maximize your bonus potential while maintaining safety standards.
* Collaboration: Support smooth workshop operations by working closely with a skilled team of professionals.
What You Need
* Experience: Proven track record as a Vehicle Technician or Mechanic within a professional workshop.
* Qualifications: NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance (preferred); Level 2 with strong experience will be considered.
* Technical Skill: Confidence working with modern automotive systems and diagnostic software.
* Licensing: A full UK driving licence is essential.
* Tools: Your own tools are preferred.
