We are seeking a talented and ambitious CDP for a prestigious, privately-owned restaurant in Cheltenham. This is a key role within a dedicated brigade, producing exceptional modern British cuisine in an award-winning setting.
The Restaurant:
• 3-Rosette modern British fine dining
• Focus on hyper-seasonal menus and premium ingredients.
• 80-cover restaurant with a private Chef's Table
• Offers à la carte, 7-course tasting menus, and afternoon tea

The CDP Role:
• Run a section with attention to detail
• High quality prep on shift with expert training
• Work at pace in a high standards kitchen
• Ensure the highest standards of consistency and presentation
• Learn from the best Michelin chefs
The Ideal Sous Chef:
• Proven experience as a chef de partie in with experience in high standards kitchens
• Solid knowledge of modern British fine dining and premium ingredients
• Creative, passionate, and dedicated to culinary excellence
• Thrives in a fast-paced, high-standard environment
Benefits & Application:
• Salary of £36,000 per annum plus tronc 4-5k average
