As an Art teacher, you will be responsible for creating engaging lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of the students, whilst also ensuring they meet the curriculum requirements. Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver engaging art lessons that align with the national curriculum
* Foster a safe and inclusive learning environment where students feel inspired to explore their artistic abilities
* Provide constructive feedback to students, encouraging their growth and development
* Collaborate with other teachers to integrate art activities into cross-curricular projects
* Keep accurate records of students' progress and assess their work in a timely manner

* Develop and maintain positive relationships with parents and colleagues
Requirements
* Qualified teacher status (QTS) or equivalent
* Proven experience teaching art to students aged 11-16
* A deep understanding of the national curriculum requirements for art education
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong organizational and time management abilities
* Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the needs of diverse learners
* A genuine passion for art and the ability to inspire students to develop their own artistic skills
