We're looking for an experienced Project Manager – Exhibitions to lead the end-to-end delivery of exhibition stands, trade shows and experiential builds.
This is a high-paying, outside IR35 contract based in Birmingham, offering the opportunity to take ownership of fast-track, high-profile projects from concept through to live show delivery and dismantle.
The Role
You'll manage the full lifecycle of exhibition projects including:
Client liaison from brief to completion
Design coordination, technical development & fabrication oversight
Budget ownership & commercial control
Supplier & contractor management
Onsite build-up, live show support & breakdown
Venue compliance, H&S & CDM adherence
You'll be the driving force ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget and to exceptional quality standards.
What We're Looking For
5+ years delivering exhibition stand builds / trade shows / experiential projects
Strong understanding of temporary structures & modular systems
Proven onsite installation management experience
Commercially astute with strong negotiation skills
Comfortable managing multiple concurrent fast-track projects
Solid knowledge of UK exhibition regulations & H&S compliance
Basic Knowledge of Cad/Mechanical Engineering practices
