Beach Baker is delighted to be instructed by an independent building consultancy which has a network of offices across the UK. The successful candidate will be joining a national team of 20 surveyors who specialise in advising private clients, primarily within the residential sector.
Brief job details:
1. Mainly carrying out building surveys with some Homebuyers (no residential valuations).
2. Geographical patch: Reading and immediate surrounding area.
3. No timesheets.
4. Opportunity for progression to Partnership.
Candidates will need to be MRICS/FRICS (although the hiring manager would consider AssocRICS surveyors) with a wide range of experience of structural and building defects. They will also consider a commercial building surveyor who is looking to move in to residential.
