The Role
As Construction Administrator, you will support the wider operational and commercial teams with day-to-day administration duties across live construction projects and office operations.
This role would suit someone organised, motivated, and eager to learn, with good communication skills and basic IT knowledge.
Key Responsibilities
General office administration and data entry
Answering calls and responding to emails
Supporting project managers and site teams with paperwork and documentation
Uploading and managing construction documents and site records
Maintaining filing systems and project folders
Assisting with timesheets, purchase orders, and delivery records
Scheduling meetings and coordinating diaries
Supporting health & safety administration and compliance paperwork
Updating spreadsheets and internal trackers
General support across the office and project teams
Requirements
Good IT skills including Microsoft Office
Strong organisation and communication skills
Attention to detail and willingness to learn
Positive and professional attitude
Previous administration experience beneficial but not essential
