Job Opportunity: Accommodation Project Manager
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Project Manager to work within the Golden Jubilee University National Hospital Estate and on the current expansion project.
NHS Golden Jubilee incorporates the Golden Jubilee University National Hospital, Research Institute, Conference Hotel, and Innovation Centre. As Scotland’s flagship health facility, the Golden Jubilee National Hospital specializes in cardiothoracic, orthopaedic, and ophthalmic surgery, as well as interventional and diagnostic cardiology. It is also the Scottish centre for heart transplantation and for patients with congenital cardiac and pulmonary vascular issues. The hospital features a major diagnostic imaging centre and one of the largest concentrations of intensive care beds in the UK. NHS Golden Jubilee is responsible for planning the elective care requirements of the West Region population through 2025.
Role Overview: We are seeking a skilled and motivated Accommodation Project Manager to oversee the planning, development, and management of staff accommodation projects within our healthcare facilities. This pivotal role involves coordinating with internal teams, external contractors, and stakeholders to ensure the delivery of high-quality accommodation solutions that meet the needs of our healthcare professionals.
Responsibilities include:
* Managing individual packages of work related to accommodation moves, decommissioning, and commissioning processes within the estate.
* Overseeing work task orders to ensure timely and efficient project delivery.
