What you'll be doing

1. Accountable: Has defined authority and responsibility for a significant area of work covering technical responsibilities.
2. Accountable: Establishes technical objectives and delegates responsibilities.
3. Leadership: Influences a significant part of own organisation and influences customers/suppliers and industry at a senior management level (e.g. around resourcing of delivery teams and technical direction of work).
4. Leadership: Directs work resourcing, owns site issues and resolution of problems
5. Leadership: Performs technical coaching and mentoring

Essential Skills

6. Power system installation- AC & DC power systems, UPS, HVAC with current electrical qualifications.
7. Clerk of Works experience and history of delivering construction projects and site upgrades.
8. Knowledge of Transmission Network and management platforms
9. Exceptional written and verbal communication (including strong technical writing skills), as well as presentation, facilitation, coaching and mentoring skills
10. Innovative approach to technical solutions and service quality
