The Role
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Digital and Technology Solutions (DTS) Apprentice. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the digital and technology sector while earning a recognised qualification. As a DTS Apprentice, you will be an integral part of our innovative team, contributing to various projects and learning from industry experts.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in the development and implementation of digital and technology solutions.
* Support the maintenance and enhancement of IT systems and infrastructure.
* Participate in project planning, execution, and evaluation.
* Conduct research and analysis to support technology initiatives.
* Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to users.
* Collaborate with team members on various digital and technology projects.
* Continuously learn and apply new skills in a practical setting.
* Work with your line manager on the subject-specific pathway/elements of your course.
