Responsibilities
1. Serve as a primary and/or secondary point of contact between the agency and the client
2. Manage the day-to-day administration of client accounts, including booking resources, managing timing plans, preparing client contact notes, coordinating feedback from client to the internal teams, organising meetings and room bookings
3. Attend meetings and maintain accurate records of meetings, decisions and next actions, and follow up with action items to ensure they are completed
4. Check all work thoroughly before it is released to the client to ensure feedback has been actioned and ensures quality control
5. Work-flow management – liaising with design studio to plan resourcing, brief internal creatives and external suppliers where needed
6. Monitor project deadlines and budgets, identifying and communicating potential changes that may be required
7. Oversee the execution of project deliverables, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and meet quality standards.
8. Help to troubleshoot any issues or challenges that arise during project execution
9. Maintain accurate records of client interactions, agreed action items, and project details, and can upwards manage the team to ensure delivery of project
10. Embrace continuous learning and development to become a marketing consultant
