Our client, a well-established practice with offices in Bristol, is seeking a Business Transformation Director to lead and deliver strategic transformation programmes that enhance the way the firm operates and serves its clients.
What you will do:
Lead end to end transformation programmes that strengthen operational efficiency and client service delivery
Drive digital transformation across legal operations, client experience and internal technology platforms
Champion client centred initiatives that support seamless and digitally enabled interactions
Work closely with senior partners and the executive team to deliver high impact change across the firm
Develop governance frameworks and performance measures to track transformation progress and value
Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration and continuous improvement across all offices
