We are seeking an enthusiastic and organized Webinar Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in webinar production, event coordination and content creation within the fast-paced world of scientific media and publishing. You will be at the forefront of creating engaging virtual experiences for our clients and audiences. Key Responsibilities: Act as the primary point of contact for assigned client webinars and editorial-led sessions. Provide excellent customer service and support, ensuring clients are informed and satisfied throughout the project lifecycle. Facilitate smooth communication between clients, speakers and internal teams. Oversee all production tasks and processes for assigned webinars, including client communication, pre-recording, basic video editing and live administration using our webinar platform, BigMarker. Manage post-event reporting, including exporting results and compiling data into templates for the sales administration team. Attend weekly department meetings to provide updates on the progress of assigned webinars. Maintain real-time accuracy of data trackers and project management software, Trello, ensuring information is current and accessible. Required Skills: A degree in life sciences or a related field is preferred, or equivalent relevant experience. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Technically adept, comfortable with learning and using new software. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently using project management tools. Able to work as part of a team or with minimal supervision. Outgoing, comfortable on the phone talking to a broad range of people including clients, laboratory professionals and key opinion leaders.
