Role Description
Core Purpose:
Serve as the operator of Mowalola's music career, responsible for identifying opportunities, building strategic relationships, coordinating execution, and ensuring the artist’s vision is translated into sustained career growth and commercial success.
Responsibilities:
Strategic Career Management
-Develop and oversee the artist’s long-term career strategy.
-Identify opportunities that can elevate the artist’s profile, audience, and business.
-Advise on key career decisions and priorities.
-Build and maintain relationships across the music, media, entertainment, and creative industries.
-Source and evaluate potential partnerships, collaborations, and growth opportunities.
-Act as a trusted advisor to the artist and senior team.
-Ensure all activities support the artist’s long-term vision and positioning.
Opportunity Creation:
-Proactively create opportunities rather than simply responding to them.
-Identify pathways for audience growth, industry visibility, and commercial expansion.

Leadership & Team Coordination:

Performance & Accountability:
