We’re hiring for a Consulting Director – Life Sciences (UK-based, hybrid/remote)
This is a senior consulting leadership role within a growing life sciences consultancy. Reporting into the Head of Consulting, the Consulting Director will lead complex client engagements end-to-end, manage and develop a team of consultants, and contribute to the strategic growth of the consulting practice across areas including digital transformation, commercial strategy, medical affairs and patient engagement.
What you’ll be doing:
* Lead high-impact life sciences consulting projects from design through to delivery, ensuring clear outcomes and strong client relationships
* Build and grow a portfolio of work through business development, proposal development and long-term client partnership
* Manage, mentor and develop consultants, supporting capability building and consistent delivery across engagements
The experience you’ll need:
* 7+ years’ experience in strategy or management consulting, with a minimum of 4 years focused on life sciences or pharma
* Proven experience leading senior client engagements and contributing to business development and practice growth
* Strong leadership, facilitation and communication skills, with experience managing and developing consulting teams
