With a varied estate and ongoing capital investment, the college is now looking to appoint an experienced Estates Project Manager to lead on strategic and operational projects across the site.
In this role, you will take responsibility for managing capital projects, overseeing estates assets, and working closely with local authorities and external stakeholders. Based primarily in the office, you will coordinate planning, compliance, and delivery of projects from concept through to completion, ensuring value for money and alignment with the college's long-term estates strategy.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience delivering capital projects within an estates or public sector environment, strong knowledge of asset management, and a recognised qualification in Project Management. A trade background is highly desirable, providing practical understanding alongside strategic oversight.
