Key Responsibilities and Duties
* Support day-to-day operational and project activities within the department.
* Assist in data collection, analysis, and reporting to inform business decisions.
* Contribute to cross-functional projects and collaborate with internal stakeholders.
* Prepare presentations, documentation, and reports as required.
* Participate in structured learning, training and development activities.
* Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies.
* Build effective working relationships across teams.
* Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have
* Bachelor’s degree 2:1 classification (or equivalent) in a relevant discipline from a UK or Irish University
* Relevant professional accreditation (or willingness to work towards).
* Practical experience through placements, part-time work or relevant project work
* Experience working in a team environment
* Ability to manage time and prioritise tasks effectively
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Location – Woking. This role operates Monday – Friday, 37.5 hours per week.
