Responsibilities
1. Frontline sales person responsible for the execution of agreed sales and profitability targets established by the BU within the assigned sales area by acquiring new business and maintaining existing customers.
2. Identify, plan and develop new customers in line with business development plans/targets.
3. Plan, execute and report on the sales activities in the assigned sales area.
4. Manage a portfolio of customers in the designated area to execute the sales plan.
5. Systematically screen customer base for new opportunities, generate leads, and maintain a strong pipeline.
6. Collaborate with relevant departments to support sales outcomes.
Experience
* At least 5 years of working experience in the Sales B2B sector.
* Experience in paint, coatings, oil & gas, chemical, or related industries.
* Technical knowledge in chemical/mechanical fields is preferred.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with good presentation, networking, and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in English for customer service and communication.
Education
* Relevant Diploma, preferably with a chemical/technical background.
