As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will provide essential support in the classroom to help pupils access learning, develop confidence, and thrive in a nurturing environment.
What you'll do as an SEN Teaching Assistant:
Provide one-to-one and small group support to pupils with special educational needs
Assist in implementing personalised learning plans
Support pupils' social, emotional, and behavioural development
Work closely with teachers and therapy teams to promote a positive learning environment
