We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HVAC Technician/Supervisor with over 10 years of hands-on experience in air conditioning and refrigeration systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems across commercial and industrial environments. This role requires a strong understanding of mechanical systems, safety protocols, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Key Responsibilities: Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems including air conditioning, refrigeration, and ventilation units. Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults for HVAC systems. Perform routine maintenance to ensure systems operate efficiently. Read and interpret technical diagrams and blueprints. Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and regulations. Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used. Respond to emergency breakdowns and provide timely solutions. Collaborate with other trades and contractors on-site as needed. Required Qualifications & Certifications: 10 years of experience in HVAC, air conditioning, and refrigeration. City & Guilds Level 3 in Heating & Ventilation. F-Gas Certification (Category 1). SSSTS (Site Supervisor Safety Training Scheme). First Aid at Work certified. Manual Handling trained. Working at Height & Harness Training. Fire Marshall certified. Abrasive Wheels trained. IPAF 3a, 3b (Mobile Elevated Work Platforms). Full UK Driving License. Desirable Skills: SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme). Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Familiarity with BMS (Building Management Systems) is a plus.
