We are seeking an experienced clinician to lead our Therapy Team at Witney Community Hospital.
Please note, this is a fixed-term contract for 12 months to cover maternity leave.
Building effective relationships is essential, as you will act as a central contact for expert knowledge and information for our multidisciplinary team, patients, their families, and carers. You will work closely with the MDT, as well as acute, community, and social care partners, to remove barriers and solve problems, ensuring excellent rehabilitation services and safe, timely patient discharges.
Regardless of your profession, you will work within your professional scope, receive appropriate supervision, and utilize your skills to support patients and MDTs throughout their rehabilitation journey to discharge.
