We’re currently hiring experienced Door Supervisors to join our team at some of our busiest and most celebrated LGBTQIA+ venues. As a Door Supervisor, you'll be the first point of contact for guests, helping create a positive, inclusive, and safe experience from the moment they arrive. You’ll manage entry, carry out respectful security checks, de-escalate conflict when needed, and work closely with venue teams to maintain a safe and welcoming atmosphere for everyone.
This is an on-site role based in London. Weekend and evening availability is essential.
Door Supervisor for LGBTQIA+ Venues
We’re currently hiring experienced Door Supervisors to join our team at some of our busiest and most celebrated LGBTQIA+ venues. As a Door Supervisor, you'll be the first point of contact for guests, helping create a positive, inclusive, and safe experience from the moment they arrive. You’ll manage entry, carry out respectful security checks, de-escalate conflict when needed, and work closely with venue teams to maintain a safe and welcoming atmosphere for everyone.
This is an on-site role based in London. Weekend and evening availability is essential.
What We’re Looking For
* SIA Door Supervisor Licence (essential)
* Experience working in nightlife or customer-facing security roles
* A welcoming and respectful approach to diverse communities
* Confidence to handle challenging situations calmly and professionally
* Strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team
* Understanding of venue licensing, crowd safety, and emergency procedures
* First Aid qualification (desirable)
* A good sense of presence, professionalism, and pride in your work
