 
        The Digital Designer is responsible for digital experiences across the company. This role blends creative design, technical web management, and digital marketing expertise covering website maintenance, content creation, booking platform management, email marketing, and advertising to ensure a consistent and impactful online presence. You'll collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to deliver high-quality digital assets, enhance customer engagement, and support the company's marketing and brand objectives across venues. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain responsive websites that align with brand standards and user experience best practices. Manage and update website content through CMS platforms (primarily WordPress), including menus, events, imagery, and promotional material. Implement HTML/CSS customisations, manage plugins, and perform visual theme adjustments to enhance functionality and aesthetics. Manage online booking platforms, ensuring venue information, integrations, and customer experiences remain accurate and functional. Plan, design, and schedule original social media content (graphics, carousels, Reels, and short-form video) across multiple hospitality brands. Manage and grow the company's social media presence to strengthen audience engagement and brand recognition. Develop and manage Meta Ads campaigns promoting venues, events, and seasonal promotions. Design, build, and distribute email marketing campaigns through Mailchimp, including layout design, copywriting, segmentation, and performance analysis. Produce and edit video and motion content for social media, digital out-of-home, and marketing use. Oversee domain, hosting, and DNS management to ensure all web platforms remain secure and operational. Other ad-hoc tasks, including working with the graphic designer during peak promotional activity Skills and Experience Proven experience in digital design, web design, or digital marketing roles. Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, XD/Figma). Proficiency with WordPress CMS, including basic front-end development (HTML/CSS). Experience creating and optimising email marketing campaigns via Mailchimp or similar platforms. Understanding of digital advertising across Meta and Google Ads, including campaign creation and performance tracking. Experience managing online booking systems and integrations within hospitality or event-driven businesses. Confident in video production, including shooting, editing, and animation for social media. Excellent attention to detail, time management, and organisational skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines across several brands. Strong communication skills and experience working with both internal and external partners. Desirable Qualifications Familiarity with UI/UX design principles and accessibility standards (WCAG). Knowledge of SEO fundamentals, Google Analytics, and campaign performance reporting.
