With a focus on delivering top quality recruitment solutions in the USA, and a dynamic approach to scaling the business, they are now looking to hire entry-level graduates in September.

The Role
Executive search is a specialised form of recruitment, focusing on placing only senior level individuals in the US market. We're talking: Presidents, CEOs, CFOs, Project Executives within the Construction, Life Sciences, Technology or Renewables Market.
As an Executive Search Consultant you will be:
* Sourcing high calibre candidates using cutting-edge recruitment software.
* Building strong relationships with clients to understand their strategic goals and hiring needs.
* Managing the process from interview to offer stage.
* Negotiating contracts and offers with global companies.
* Hitting sales targets and earning BIG commission.

Requirements
* Bachelors degree in any subject
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Right to work in the UK
* Live in/able to travel to - Leeds City Centre
