We are currently looking for a reliable and professional 7.5 Tonne Driver on behalf of our client based in Aylesham, delivering and collecting sterilised surgical supplies to and from NHS sites.
This is a vital role supporting healthcare services, ensuring essential surgical equipment is delivered safely, securely, and on time.
The Role
As a 7.5T Driver, your responsibilities will include:
* Delivering sterilised surgical instruments and medical supplies to NHS hospitals and healthcare sites
* Collecting used surgical equipment for return to the sterilisation facility
* Ensuring all goods are transported safely and in compliance with health and safety standards
* Completing delivery documentation accurately
* Maintaining high standards of professionalism when representing the company on NHS premises
* Conducting daily vehicle checks and ensuring the vehicle is kept clean and roadworthy
This is a physically active role that may involve manual handling.
Shift Pattern
* Saturday to Wednesday
* Varying start times (flexibility required)
Pay & Benefits
* £13.68 per hour

Requirements
* Valid UK Category C1 (7.5T) licence
* Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph Card
* Good understanding of driver hours and road transport legislation
* Strong reliability and timekeeping
* Professional and courteous manner
