The role
* Lead the kitchen and oversee all menus across restaurant, lounge and terrace
* Manage a team of 12 kitchen professionals including a Sous Chef
* Deliver all:day dining, tapas and group catering at high standards
* Control costs, ordering, stock and hygiene for a 7:day operation
* Work closely with the General Manager to develop seasonal and creative offerings
* 40:hour contract with weekend and shift work

* Current Head Chef who has hotel and restaurant Experience
