Portishead
£30,000 OTE Year 1
We are excited to be recruiting for new consultants to join Hunter Selection! We are a successful and expanding recruitment consultancy specialising in Engineering & Technology across the UK. Having recent moved to newly refurbished premises in Portishead we are looking for driven individuals to join our Engineering, Manufacturing, Service & Technology divisions. Our divisions work as a team rather than a single desk, you will have the support and expertise of the consultants/ senior consultants and managers around you day to day.
We are seeking competitive and sociable candidates who able to communicate at all levels, this is a role for ambitious/driven individuals, who are attracted to rapid development and open-ended earnings. Unlike many others, we have a dedicated Training and Development Manager and you will go through an extensive 6 month training programme regardless of experience. You may have experience with a previous recruitment or Sales business or may be thinking of entering the sector for the first time, possibly straight from Higher or Further Education. We can make the best of your talent regardless of your previous experience.
The day to day role:
*Develop new business relationships with clients
*Sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, Database, Job Boards & other sources
*Writing job adverts & qualifying applicants against jobs
*Conducting phone/video interviews to screen candidates
*Presenting candidates CV’s to clients
*Assist candidates through the entire interviewing & placement process
*Identify potential new clients in your market
