We are looking for a determined Enterprise Sales professional intheNordicswho can confidently articulate our value propositiontoimprove operational efficiency, ensure data accuracy, strengthen oversight, and providefront-to-back visibility with a whole-portfolio view within a single-instance, multi-tenant platform,to C-level individuals in the insurance space.

You will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth byidentifying, pursuing, and closing new business opportunities with enterprise-level clients.

This role presents a unique opportunity to be a part of the SaaS revolution that we are driving in theEMEAmarkets and play a visible role in the growth of the established Clearwater business.

Responsibilities:

1. Create andmaintainrelationships with prospects, clients, and other influencers in theNordicmarket, while understanding prospective clients’ current infrastructure, businessrequirementsandsubsequentchallenges.

2. Proactively familiarize self with market complexities and the value proposition of CWANto improve operational efficiency, ensure data accuracy, strengthen oversight, and providefront-to-back visibility with a whole-portfolio view within a single-instance, multi-tenant platform.

3. Develop new accounts and/or expand existing accounts within theNordicinvestment management and/or insurance market, solving complex problems throughout the sales cycle.

4. Conduct effective meetings with prospects and perform needs identification.

5. Develop and progress opportunities, closing deals in the assigned market.

6. Work in close coordination with executive management and other internal teams (Client Services, Marketing, and Pre-Sales).

7. Successfully lead complete demos on most module/report/asset classrequested.

Requirements:

8. More than 7 years SaaS sales experience and a proventrack recordinattainingannual quotas of $1 Million+.

9. Strong understanding of the investmentand/orinsurance ecosystem from a middle and back-office perspective i.e. investment data, reconciliations, fund accounting,reporting,performanceand sophisticated risk management.

10. Hungry to develop new business and grow their career in a new business sales role.

11. Exposure and proficient understanding of the investment management and/or insurance market intheNordics, or a demonstrated ability to sell into this market.

12. Proven record of exceeding targets and selling financial technology solutions using structures sales methodologies i.e. MEDDIC.

13. Strong presentation and writing skills for client-facing activities.

14. Ability to work independently but within a team environment.

15. High adaptability and flexibility, including the ability to manage deadline pressure, ambiguity, and change.
