The Role
This isn’t your typical social media job. We’re looking for someone who can capture real moments, tell great stories, and create content people actually want to watch and share.
No corporate fluff. No over‑polished posts. Just authentic, thumb‑stopping content that makes people laugh, react and say we need to go!
You’ll be right at the heart of our Brand Communications team helping grow our community and build serious buzz around bingo.

What You’ll Be Doing
* Create content that gets seen
* Shoot and edit short‑form video (Reels, Stories, TikToks) end‑to‑end
* Spot trends → create ideas → film → edit → post → learn → improve
* Capture real‑life moments in our clubs with customers and teams
* Experiment with formats, hooks and styles to see what works
* Keep the content flowing
* Plan and deliver always‑on social content across multiple channels
* Mix planned campaigns with reactive, in‑the‑moment ideas
* Schedule, publish and stay organised while juggling multiple projects
* Analyse performance and continuously improve
* Work with people across Buzz
* Collaborate with marketing, design, operations and our clubs
* Support our club social champions with ideas and guidance
* Turn national campaigns into engaging local content
* Help bring PR stories (big winners, community moments) to life
* Build communities & connections
* Engage with our audience, respond, listen, learn
* Work with creators and influencers to reach new audiences
* Create content people share in group chats
About You
You’ll thrive here if you:
* Love creating content and bringing ideas to life

What We’re Looking For
* Confident shooting and editing short‑form video (especially on mobile)
* Strong instinct for what works on social (plus the data to back it up)
* Comfortable working at pace and trying new things
* Highly organiser and able to juggle multiple ideas
* A great communicator with both marketing and non‑marketing teams
* Happy travelling to clubs to capture content
Desirable
* Use tools like CapCut, Canva or Adobe
* Have worked with influencers or creators
* Have experience in hospitality, retail or entertainment
Other Information
* Based flexibly between home, our Nottingham Hub and our venues
* Regular travel to clubs (mainly weekdays, some evenings/weekends)
