🔧 The Role:
As a Project Planner, you will be responsible for developing, monitoring, and maintaining detailed project schedules throughout the full lifecycle of construction delivery. You’ll work closely with project managers, engineers, and operations teams to ensure that plans align with objectives and performance targets are met.
This role offers the chance to work on one of the UK's most prestigious infrastructure projects, providing exceptional planning and scheduling support.
🔑 Key Responsibilities:

Build, monitor, and review detailed project programmes across all project phases (tender to delivery).
*
Identify scope, resource requirements, and constraints in collaboration with operations teams.
*
Provide scheduling expertise to support timely and efficient project execution.
*
Ensure plans reflect project milestones, risks, and dependencies.
*
Support reporting and progress tracking, producing dashboards and planning documentation.
*
Liaise with key stakeholders and proactively address planning-related challenges.
🧠Skills & Experience:
*
Solid background in construction or building services project planning.
*
Proficient in planning software (MS Project or Asta Powerproject).
*
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
*
Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
*
High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
🎓 Qualifications:
*
Level 4 HNC in Construction or Building Services Engineering (minimum).
*
Degree (BEng/BSc) in a related discipline is desirable.
*
2+ years' experience in construction project operations, ideally in a high-complexity or regulated environment
