Overview
This senior transformation manager role sits at the heart of our People Strategy and Transformation function, turning strategy into action by delivering high-impact people initiatives. It blends transformation and change expertise with strong programme and portfolio management, leads and supports diverse initiatives running in parallel, and works closely with senior leaders and multi‑disciplinary teams. You will design governance, manage dependencies, champion user‑centric delivery, and drive adoption to ensure lasting transformation value.

Qualifications
* Deep knowledge and experience in transformation delivery frameworks or change management principles and methodologies.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex transformation concepts clearly to diverse audiences including senior leaders.
* Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills, including influencing and negotiation capabilities to engage and manage stakeholders and team members, including those located remotely.
* Time management, organisational and planning skills, with the ability to prioritise and follow‑up in fast‑paced transformation programmes.
* Independent, self‑motivated and a collaborative team player, able to work across multiple workstreams and adapt to evolving priorities.
* Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to identify blockers, assess organisational readiness and develop actionable solutions.
* Experience in stakeholder engagement and communication planning, ensuring alignment and buy‑in across business areas.
* A user‑centric mindset focused on driving adoption and sustainable change.
* Experience embedding governance, benefits realisation and performance monitoring into delivery.
* A continuous improvement approach, using insights and lessons learned to enhance ways of working.
* Curiosity and adaptability when navigating ambiguity and evolving priorities.
* Consultancy background is desirable.
