* Assist with compliance checks and maintenance records
* Support heating, ventilation, hot water and general site services
* Work with internal teams to keep them updated on maintenance progress
* Support wider facilities, housekeeping and improvement work

The role is based around a Monday to Friday working pattern, however there is a paid on‑call rota. When on standby, you may be required to attend site outside normal working hours if engineering support is needed.
The role comes with a good benefits package, including generous holiday allowance, healthcare cash plan, pension scheme, staff discounts, subsidised canteen and training opportunities.
