Role Overview:
The post holder will practice independently and autonomously, delivering care and treatment to patients at HMP Frankland. They will have gained a wide range of knowledge and clinical skills in a Primary care setting. We offer flexible working options to match your availability with our service needs.
The role involves delivering high standards of care for minor illnesses and injuries, managing long-term conditions such as Diabetes, COPD, asthma, heart disease, and supporting cancer screening services. The post holder will also deliver Public Health England's health promotion programs, including immunisations, men's health, and lifestyle interventions like smoking cessation and obesity management.
Excellent organisational and time management skills are essential to ensure clinics and services are managed efficiently and effectively, maintaining patient safety and care quality.
