This is a Part Time Sales Advisor on a 12 Hour Permanent contract in our Southwold shop.
Like all our retail employees, Seasalt Sales Advisors are ambassadors for Seasalt, putting our customers at the heart of everything they do and supporting store management to create a memorable shopping experience.
Responsibilities
* Delivering an exceptional and inspiring service, demonstrating a thorough knowledge of our brand, products, design inspiration and services
* Recommending additional services and solutions to customers to drive sales and gather customer data
* Actively driving sales across channels by introducing customers to Seasalt’s website, using it as a selling tool and supporting the processing of online orders
* Having a first point resolution approach to customer issues or feedback and actively seeking solutions for the benefit of the customer
* Supporting the Store Manager and team to drive store sales, profitability and KPI achievement
* Assisting with implementing store visual merchandising, windows standards and guidelines and utilizing product, categories, and bestseller information to maximise commercial opportunities within the store
* Maintaining a flexible approach to work and taking part in operational tasks such as stock management, loss prevention, health and safety, and store safety standards
