You’ll be at the forefront of driving customer retention by optimizing our existing Breakdown membership proposition and crafting new, engaging experiences that keep our members loyal.
Your mission? To ensure our customers’ needs are at the heart of every decision. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams across RAC to deliver meaningful improvements. From enhancing our current member proposition to driving innovative ideas through to delivery, your work will directly influence customer satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth.

What You Will Do…
* Define and develop new propositions to meet our churn and revenue targets in Retention.
* Collaborate with the Contact Centre and myRAC channels to ensure effective delivery of changes.
* Become a subject matter expert on our Consumer member base.
* Drive, motivate, and manage stakeholders to implement in-flight changes to our proposition and member experience.
* Influence and negotiate with key internal and external stakeholders to prioritize proposition ideas, tests, and permanent changes.
* Build plans and budgets with key stakeholders to achieve targets for your propositions.
What You Will Need…
The ideal candidate will possess strong commercial awareness and experience in financial or subscription services, with the ability to drive change across multiple business areas. You will also need:
* A customer-centric mindset, championing their needs across diverse audiences.
* The ability to leverage customer insights to assess existing solutions and generate new ideas.
* Strong analytical skills to evaluate proposition performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
* Experience in developing financial business cases.
* The ability to influence stakeholders at all levels to drive change.
