Were looking for someone who can bring strong people management skills, a focus on quality, and the drive to keep operations running smoothly day to day.
What Youll Be Doing
Leading and supporting a production team to meet daily targets
Ensuring quality, hygiene, and safety standards are consistently achieved
Delegating tasks effectively across the packing line and monitoring efficiency
Checking weights, codes, and packaging to guarantee accuracy and compliance
Minimising waste and downtime while driving continuous improvement
Keeping accurate production records and ensuring all documentation is completed
Acting as the point of contact in the Shift Managers absence
What Were Looking For
Previous supervisory or team leader experience in FMCG (ideally food manufacturing)
A solid understanding of health and safety and hygiene compliance
GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths
Confident leadership skills with a hands:on approach
Desirable (but Not Essential)
FLT Counterbalance licence
Lean manufacturing knowledge
Food:related qualifications or further study
