As a Bar Manager for Searcys you will support the General Manager in the everyday running of the venue, create stylish signature cocktails, deliver service excellence to our guests and be proud to serve an extensive wine and champagne programme which is curated by our amazing Head of Champagne. Manage the overall beverage offer for the restaurant including cocktails, beers, garnishes and non-alcoholic beverages. Create and maintain service and operational standards for the bar, making use of best practices and efficiencies where possible. Lead the creation and maintenance of cocktail lists including new and innovative products and combinations while keeping GP and stock control in mind. Build and maintain relationships with guests, team members and clients. Demonstrate a professional and courteous attitude throughout service, acting as a ambassador for the brand. Strive for maximum efficiency and continual improvement of staff productivity Additional duties as assigned or required by the General Manager. Qualifications Passionate about food, drink and service!e You work with passion and positivity You aim to leave lasting impressions on every guest through enthusiastic and professional service.
