Responsibilities
* Lead a small, community-based residential home within a family-run group, maintaining autonomy while accessing strong support from the head office.
* Drive quality and compliance, working with Quality and Compliance specialists to achieve positive inspection outcomes.
* Foster a warm, homely environment where residents, families, and staff feel valued and engaged.
* Balance compassionate leadership with commercial acumen, managing occupancy, budgets, and sustainability to ensure service delivery.
Qualifications
* Proven care home management experience with strong CQC outcomes, or an ambitious Deputy with excellent tenure ready for your first registered role.
* NVQ Level 5 in Leadership & Management (or working towards it).
