Responsibilities: - Maintain documentation of existing processes and procedures to facilitate ongoing upkeep, continuous improvement, and compliance with regulatory requirements.- Configure and maintain Workday HCM, Talent, Compensation, Performance, Time & Absence and Recruiting- Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions and functional designs- Collaborate with HR, Benefits, Finance, IT, and external vendors on system initiatives and integration needs- Ensure Workday solutions align with business requirements and best practicesCandidates must live within a commutable distance from our Pulborough, West Sussex Manufacturing Facility. The role is open to Hybrid working, which means candidates must be onsite for 3 days a week and can work remotely post probation up to 2 days per week.Other duties as assigned Minimum Education and Experience:- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field, or equivalent relevant training, education, or experience.- 3 years of relevant experience in HRIS, HR technology, or a related systems support function, including 2 years of direct Workday experience.- Experience implementing or supporting Workday HCM. - Ability to create test scenarios for unit and end-to-end testing. - Strong data analysis and research skills. - Proficiency in Excel or similar applications.- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues. - Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and effectively manage multiple priorities.
