Reporting to the Group Financial Controller you will have ownership producing good quality financial information, improving processes, and leading a small but capable finance team. What Youll Be Doing:
1. Budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management process across group entities
2. Oversee monthly and year-end close, ensuring accurate, timely reporting
3. Deliver robust management accounts with insight and commentary to support decision-making
4. Ownership of job costing, WIP tracking, and project margin analysis across contracts
5. Consolidate group results, manage intercompany eliminations, and ensure consistency in reporting
6. Partner with operations to assess contract profitability and support pricing strategies
7. Drive working capital and cash flow optimisation across a project-based billing environment
