Job Description
3. Provide financial guidance and support to various departments
4. Implement and maintain effective financial strategies
5. Conduct financial analysis and produce relevant reports
6. Work collaboratively with the wider Finance team
7. Assist in budget preparation and control
8. Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations
9. Identify areas for financial improvement and propose solutions
10. Act as a key point of contact for financial queries within the department
The Successful Applicant
A successful 'Finance Business Partner' should have:
11. A relevant accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
12. Proven experience in a project-based role
13. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
14. Strong financial acumen and the ability to implement effective financial strategies
15. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
16. A proactive approach and the ability to work well in a team
